Personalized Products All personalized magnets (with custom names, photos, texts, logos, dates, designs etc.) are made-to-order products.
According to Dutch and EU law (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code), the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to personalized or custom-made products once production has started.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for personalized magnets unless:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery (manufacturing fault), or
- The product significantly differs from the approved design/preview.
Non-personalized products For any non-custom magnets, you have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
How to Return (only applicable in allowed cases)
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@getmagnetify.store with your order number.
- Return the item in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received.
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of the return shipping unless the item is defective.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Important Notes:
- Personalized items must be approved by you before production begins. By placing an order for a personalized magnet, you explicitly agree that production will start immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal.
- We are not responsible for minor color variations due to different monitor settings or printing processes.
