These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase of products from our online store operated by Wichly ("we", "us", "our").

2. Personalized Products (Custom-Made Magnets)

Most of our products are fully personalized / custom-made.

By placing an order you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all text, names, dates, photos, logos and designs you provide.
  • You confirm that your design does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • We will create a digital preview for your approval before production.
  • Once you approve the design or production begins, the order becomes binding and non-cancellable.
  • Personalized products are made-to-order and are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Dutch and EU law (Article 6:230p Burgerlijk Wetboek).
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for personalized magnets unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email or when production of a personalized item begins.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices include Dutch VAT (21%). Payment is required at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on processing times and shipping costs.

6. Intellectual Property

You grant us a limited license to use your submitted designs solely for fulfilling your order.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

Personalized Products: As stated in section 2, personalized/custom-made products are non-returnable except in case of proven manufacturing defects.

Non-Personalized Products: You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.

8. Warranty and Complaints

Any complaints regarding defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photos.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the ordered products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
